I started listening to A7X in 2010, but has listened and did not even know, because in two editions of the Need For Speed ™ has songs like Blinded In Chains (NFSMW) and Almost Easy (NFSPS). After going to their show here in town where I live, I started to get happy to hear them, because the show was just insane here, watching song’s videos (still do it), looked at the letters to see what they were talking and to be able to sing along while listening to the music. The voice of Matt Shadows is very good, I love listening to his screams and The Rev also. I love the Afterlife’s backing vocals too.
I learned that The Rev had died, and that Shadows had done a tattoo in his honor, loved the drawing and then I thought to myself, "I want to make an equal," so I went and did it, and this in honor of all the A7X!
A7X for me is the best band I've ever heard, because the lyrics of their songs were the ones that spoke to me more. Examples like: Warmness on The Soul, Dear Good, A Little Piece Of Heaven. And moreover have the best guitarists, the best bassist, best vocalist and best drummer (TheRev). I can not go a day without hearing at least one of your’s songs

I can assure you I am Avenged Sevenfold's biggest fan. I first, heard your song "Lips of Deceit" when I was 4 years old. I always grew up playing drums and looked up to "The Rev". I enjoyed all of your albums during my childhood. I have bought all of your albums and DVD's the day they came out. I still remember the Christmas of 2009. The worst holiday year ever in my 14 years here on earth. That was the day, as you know, my role model and you guys best friend passed on. December 28, 2009 was the day I realized that life actually means something if you do something you enjoy. I cried when I heard the news of his death. I listened to him and wanted to be just like him since I was 4 years old. His death changed my view of the world. It made me realize to enjoy something I love doing and spend it with my best friends. Then your new album "Nightmare" came out in 2010. It felt weird without the Rev there for the release date, but you guys have changed my life completely and really pushed me to my best from your music. I look past you all as a band but, as people I know, when in reality I've never met you. I am your biggest fan because, not of all the CD's I own or DVD's but, because I admire everything you all do through music and every day life because, you have changed my life. I used to be so, scared of life and death. But, you guys have made me realize that you have to make the most of it and enjoy it doing something you love. I love all of you guys and truly believe Arin will be a perfect fit into the Avenged Family. The best musicians, and most down to earth people ever. I congratulate you and your success and thank you for all you've done to me. Thanks.

People may think I'm not the biggest fan of Avenged Sevenfold, because I don't have many objects of them. The true is: in my city, is very difficult find the CD'S, DVD's and other. But anyway, I'm sure that would do anything for them, even to accept death willingly. When you're an Avenger, you can be sure that would do anything for them. And I have that assurance.

Ever since 2003 when I first heard Darkness Surrounding, I became a huge fan of Avenged Sevenfold. I have seen you guys 10 times [The amount of times that you have been to Wisconsin] and have spent wayyy too much on your merch. But it's all about the support. I got this tattoo in the winter of 09 right before Jimmy's passing. When the news spread after your wonderful drummer had moved on, my tattoo became that much more meaningful to me and to have you guys see it. Whether I get "picked" or not for your gift basket, I just want you guys to see this. I really hope this is the motivation you guys need to keep moving forward. You guys are a huge inspiration to me, and a million of other people.

Ever since A7x first came out, I have been a hardcore nonstop fan. When Seize the Day came out, I became even more of a fan, because I could relate to the song in so many ways..my daughter's dad committed suicide when she was a baby, and it was right around the time that the song had some out..As a memorial and a way to show my love and appreciation for A7x as well as my daughter's dad, I got myself a deathbat!! It is not yet finished, as I plan to get a deathbat for the Rev..A7x has always had a spot in my heart, not only for their music, but for the way they have pulled me through the hardest of times. Their music is therapy to me. When A7x comes to the West Coast, I am always sure to go to their shows. When they came to Eugene, Oregon, I tried to go to the concert, while I was pregnant and ready to go into labor. Though I think it would've been pretty awesome to go into labor at an A7X show, it's probably better that I didn't go LOL..When I heard the news about the Rev..I felt as though I had lost someone close to me. I still mourn over his death and listen to the music to remember him by. My 6-year-old daughter Kyleigh, whom lost her dad, loves to rock out to A7z on her mp3 player as well as the dvds that I have. She will gets her guitar out and rock out like she's in the show! Her and I used to listen to the band all the time and it was something special for us..Now, it's something special for Kyleigh and I. Anytime that I get to thinking about her dad, or I'm having a bad day..I pull out my cds and rock out until the pain is gone.. I will never give up being a die hard A7X fan..Anyone has something negative to say about this band..Expect some serious defensiveness :D

I know that i'm the die-hard fan because avenged sevenfold is my life. i saw them just one thing but it was the most important day of my life!!! i have all the cds and posters. my family don't realize the importance of a7x in my life and they are often worried. i love the voice of m. shadows and the sound of their music. when i saw avenged arrived on scene, i nearly fainted because i was so excited and impressed! they are in front of me after 2 long year that i was waiting! it was so magic! the first song that i heard was nightmare! so, avenged sevenfold is a big part of my life and this why i'm the die-hard fan! every day, my love for them increases...

i don't know why i love so much avenged sevenfold. maybe it's because of their really great music or the group in general. the only thing i know it's that every morning, i wake up just to listen avenged. they help to pass the day and when life is really hard, i know that they could help me. when i listen avenged, i'm just me. not the other person that i pretend to be. i love them and no one gonna change my mind.

I’m sure I’m the biggest DIE-HARD fan among the new members of the A7X Family. I’ve been a fan for just one year but I did make the most of it. I knew some of the songs before, but I fell deeply in love with Avenged Sevenfold at the QUEBEC SUMMER FESTIVAL on July 14th 2011, So I went to the UPROAR TOUR in Montreal on September 13th 2011, under the rain and in the mud just for A7X. And in the official program, there was an ad for the “48 HOURS FESTIVAL”, on October 15th and 16th 2011 in Las Vegas. So I went to Vegas all by myself just for A7X! And of course I went to the Avenged Sevenfold show at the Agora in Quebec City on June 21th 2012. My best days in the last year were the days of the shows of A7X. I’m hoping that there will be another “48 Hours Festival” this year and that A7X would be there, so I would go again.

Over the year, I bought all their CDs, and of course the DVD “Live in the LBC”. I’m carrying their picture with me, even on vacation. Avenged Sevenfold has been playing in the city bus I drive all around Quebec City since last summer. Sometimes, I get people telling me “it’s cool to listen to A7X on the bus”. M. Shadows is still MY most handsome man in the world. I’m sure he keeps his sunglasses on just to be sure girls don’t pass out during the shows!

A7X, I don’t know what I would do without you. I can’t find the words to describe how you make me feel, but I need you in my life. You’re stuck with me. A7X, my heart is ALWAYS with you… I'm not 100% bilingual (English being my second language) and I wish somebody would explain to me the meaning of "Avgenved Sevenfold".

Reading the comments of some other fans, I feel lucky I’ve been able to see you four times and I very strongly wish that those dedicated fans get the chance to see A7X at least once. I sure would like to win but I think they deserve it more than I do. Jan Peter, Emelen, Seven Soldiers, Ananda, Coutsoukipsc, I’m hoping you get to see them soon and I wish you very good luck with the contest. Aren’t the guys of A7X wonderful? They bring us so much. Can’t live without them. Well, I sure can’t!!!

Im not going to give my life story on why i love Avenged, i love them for 5 simple reasons:
1. Matt Shadows: One of the best voices in the metal industry today! The range he has is amazing and the control to be able to do some of the things he does is mind blowing!
2. Synester Gates: Oh God, where do i start? He gets alot of bull shit from people. That must mean he is doing something right! i'd like to see half the guitarists in the world come up with the stuff he does!
3. Zachy Vengence: He is also an insane guitarist! People don't realize what all he brings to this band! He understands the importance of a good rhythm guitarist and what all it takes to come behing someone like Syn!
4. Johnny Christ: He is not the best, but he knows his roll in this band and how much that a good bassist is important to a metal band (or any band) and so he gets his stuff done. I still think he is gay whether he knows it or not :P
5: Jimmie " The Rev" Sullivan: "One day I'm gonna run into the woods, and i'm never gonna come back! But when i do... I'll be the knife master" He was A7X's Stallion Duck! He was the most insane drummer of my time! I did in fact cry when he died... It sucked... And it still does! But It was really awesome of Mike to sit in for nightmare! And I really like what Arin did on Not Ready To Die! R.I.P. Stallion Duck!
Those are the reason i love this band and every song but one, which it kills me to say that I dont like a song by them because in fact I know all of their songs from Sounding the Seventh Trumpet to Diamonds in the rough( The CD that should have been) to nightmare!
