Bio: THIS SITE WAS STARTED AT THE END OF 2006 BEGINNING OF 2007 BY A MOTHER AND DAUGHTER NAMED LENA AND CHRISTINE WHO ARE FROM NEW YORK. BEING AN AVID FAN OF METAL MUSIC, LENA DECIDED TO DO SOME RESEARCH, AND FOUND THAT AVENGED HAD BEEN APPEALING TO FANS WHO WERE 30 AND OVER WHO NEEDED A PLACE TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT THE BAND, AND VOCALIZE THEIR LOVE OF A7X. SO, WITH CHRISTINE'S BLESSING, SHE STARTED 30 SOMETHINGS FOR A7X! THE RESPONSE WAS OVERWHELMING AND IT HAS FLOURISHED EVER SINCE. THIS SITE IS BY NO MEANS JUST FOR THE THE '30 SOMETHING' FAN, BUT FOR FANS OF ALL AGES. THE SITE IS STRICTLY INFORMATION BASED WITHOUT ALL THE GOSSIP AND NONSENSE ABOUT THE BAND THAT NO ONE NEEDS TO KNOW. IT IS PURELY A SITE FOR THOSE WHO LOVE THE MUSIC OF A7X. THEY PROVIDE CONSTANT UPDATES ABOUT THE BAND, FROM TOUR SCHEDULES AND CHANGES, RIGHT DOWN TO CORRECTING MISTAKES THAT HAVE BEEN ON THE OFFICIAL A7X SITE. THEY HAVE EVEN HELPED FANS WITH TICKETS FOR UPCOMING SHOWS, RIGHT DOWN TO INFORMATION ABOUT VENUE RULES AND REGS. THEY ALSO POST ABOUT OTHER ENDEAVORS A7X IS PURSUING, AND ANY AN ALL NEWS SURROUNDING THE BAND. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT SEPARATES THEM FROM OTHER SITES IS THEIR USE OF PROMO BANNERS FEATURING THE MEMBERS OF AVENGED SEVENFOLD. THEY HAVE GREAT CONCERT PICS ON THE SITE OF THEIR OWN AND ALBUMS WITH PICS TAKEN BY FANS. A7X FANSITE - AVENGED ART
Every week we will be featuring a fansite. This week's fansite is Avenged Art:

Bio: Pretty much it's a site where Avenged fans send in their artwork of the band, whether it's a portrait, a deathbat, album art, VU, Syn Gates Clothing, Photography, A7X-related crafts, etc. If it's artsy, and A7X is the focal point, I upload it to the site. There's over 1,000 submitted pieces of art on the site thus far, and a lot of them are just amazing. There's also a bunch of A7X-related layouts and things for people to use on their profiles. I had an idea last year to make the band a book full of letters and artwork to give to the band, I didn't expect to get over 100 heartfelt submissions in such a short amount of time, but it was a lot of fun to create.
