What is Rewards Program and how do I get it?

Our rewards program is aimed at helping and rewarding you, the fan. When you opt in, the band airdrops a token into your wallet for free. By having this in your wallet with your Berify tokens (obtained via NFC tags), you can be rewarded with things like tickets to shows, meet & greet spots, merchandise, etc. for simply being a fan. Additional information will be announced in the future on the plans and structure of the rewards program. More info can be found below and in these videos:

How to opt in on mobile:

  • Step 1: Go to your wallet’s built in browser
  • Step 2: Go to avengedsevenfold.io and click on the Deathbats club building
  • Step 3: Tap on the Deathbats club building (next to the flying saucer and bus)
  • Step 4: Click on the 3 lines in the upper lefthand corner
  • Step 5: Select “Rewards Program” and fill in the information necessary
  • Step 6: Opt in to Rewards Program
  • Step 7: Tap on your wallet address in the upper righthand corner
  • Step 8: Select “all” to see your Rewards Program
  • Step 9 (optional): Link your Discord (Steps found here)

How to opt in on PC/laptop:

  • Step 1: Make sure you have your wallet’s extension
  • Step 2: Go to avengedsevenfold.io & click on the Deathbats club building
  • Step 3: Select Rewards Program on the upper menu
  • Step 4: Sign and fill out the required information
  • Step 5: Opt in to Rewards Program
  • Step 6: Click on the address in the upper right corner
  • Step 7: Click "all"

How do I set up a MetaMask wallet and keep it safe?

WALLET SAFETY IS KEY! When you set up your MetaMask wallet, make sure to write down your 12 word secret recovery phrase (seed phrase) and NEVER share it with anyone. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe, don’t take a picture or screenshot of it. If a website is asking you to connect your wallet or sign anything, make sure to read what you’re signing, and double check that the website is legitimate.
